2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference

As the auspicious dragon bids farewell and the lucky snake ushers in the spring, at 3:00 p.m. on January 21, 2025, Henan Hengrui Starch Technology Co., Ltd. held the 2024 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference in the multi-functional hall on the sixth floor. Gao Mingqian, the company’s chairman, Yang Gongshang, the general manager, Zhang Shijin, the executive president, and directors of each center attended the conference. The conference was presided over by Wang Junshao, the director of the Administrative Center.

Zhang Shijin, the executive president, comprehensively and thoroughly summarized the work in 2024 from four aspects in the summary report meeting. The highlights were numerous, and the analysis was incisive. Not only were the achievements clearly presented, but also the feelings were deeply felt.

Gao Mingqian, the company’s chairman, read out the decision on the evaluation and commendation of the advanced in 2024. The conference solemnly commended and rewarded the “Advanced Employees” and “Advanced Collectives” selected for the year 2024.

At the conference, representatives of the advanced employees and advanced collectives delivered commendation speeches respectively. The passionate and upward language and the ambitious statements of the speakers seemed to convey the voices of the grassroots employees’ determination to win in 2025. Their words were sonorous and forceful, touching every employee. Whether in terms of work performance or interpersonal skills, they were truly worthy of being called advanced and were role models for all Hengrui employees to learn from.

Yang Gongshang, the company’s general manager, centered on the target plan for 2025 and addressed how to carry out the work. Facing the new development cycle of the industry, unprecedented changes in the market, and intensified competition… He elaborately deployed and planned the work objectives for 2025 and outlined the work in four key aspects in line with the objectives: first, equipment upgrading; second, marketing planning; third, research and development innovation; fourth, platform construction, which pointed out the working direction and determined the key tasks for Hengrui.

At the conference, Wu Lei, Zhang Shiting, Wang Junshao, and Liu Panpan, directors of the centers, made statements on their work in 2025 in combination with their respective responsibilities, presenting different concepts and confidence to everyone.

Gao Mingqian, the chairman, delivered an important speech. First, he extended warm congratulations on the achievements made by everyone in 2024 and expressed sincere gratitude. He put forward requirements for the work in 2025, emphasizing the need to strengthen effective investment, attach importance to technological research and development, market development, export business, and corporate culture, and further improve internal management.

Even though the dream may seem distant, it can be achieved if we pursue it; even though the wish may be difficult, it can come true if we persevere!
