The strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Xiuzheng Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd. and Henan Hengrui Starch Technology Co., Ltd. was held at 11 a.m. on July 13 in the meeting room on the 3rd floor of Hengrui Technology.
Present at the ceremony were Ding Wei, chief planner of the AI Medical Robot Industrial Park Project of Xiuzheng Group; Xu Yafeng, director of Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission Consulting Center; Hu Jingzhong, legal representative of Xiuzheng Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd.; Ji Ping, chairman of Zhongkui Investment Management Co., Ltd.; Hu Jingsheng, executive president; Wang Zhanhong, financial and investment consultant; Gao Mingqian, chairman of Hengrui Technology; Zhang Shijin, executive president; as well as heads of the administrative, financial and R&D departments of Hengrui Technology.
Gao Mingqian, chairman of Hengrui Technology, introduced the relevant situation of the cooperation agreement to both parties present. He also stated to the relevant leaders and cooperation partners that Hengrui Technology will uphold a sincere and friendly attitude, actively, earnestly and diligently fulfill all cooperation affairs, and jointly create a new situation of cooperation mode.
Ding Wei, chief planner of the AI Medical Robot Industrial Park Project of Xiuzheng Group, pointed out that starting with this cooperation, both parties will achieve a win-win situation at multiple levels and from multiple perspectives, laying a solid foundation for the friendship between the two sides. He expressed full confidence in the future prospects of the cooperation project.
Finally, the legal representative of Xiuzheng Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd. and Gao Mingqian, chairman of Henan Hengrui Starch Technology Co., Ltd., signed the “Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement” on behalf of both parties and took a group photo to mark the occasion.
