Liang Liuke Investigates Henan Hengrui Technology’s Modified Starch R & D

On March 27, 2025, Liang Liuke, a Deputy to the National People’s Congress and Chairman of the Henan Provincial Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, went to Henan Hengrui Technology to carry out investigation work. Shi Youlai, Vice Chairman of the Luohe Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Luohe Municipal Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, Li Yanheng, Executive Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Luohe Municipal Party Committee, Zhao Hongyu, Deputy Secretary of the Working Committee of the Economic and Technological Development Zone and Director of the Management Committee, as well as Gao Mingqian, the company’s Chairman, accompanied the investigation throughout the process.

Liang Liuke and his entourage went deep into Henan Hengrui Technology and carried out a detailed investigation of the enterprise’s technological R&D situation in the field of deep processing of modified starch.
